Every project begins with the selection of a cinematic world. Products are integrated into Coastal, Urban, or Countryside World and delivered as cinematic visual assets designed for websites, social media, paid advertising, ecommerce, and digital campaigns.

THE MODEL
What is Still-Motion Studio?
Still-Motion Studio is a cinematic production model and visual licensing system — not a traditional creative agency.
We create cinematic visual assets and product integrations within licensed worlds. Deliverables are structured around visual asset creation rather than campaign development, narrative production, or storyboard services.
How does the licensing model work?
Clients license access to one or more cinematic worlds through fixed pricing tiers with defined deliverables and commercial usage rights.
Do you offer custom environments or bespoke productions?
Still-Motion Studio operates through a structured cinematic world licensing system. Custom development projects are not part of the licensing model.
PRODUCT & CREATIVE PROCESS
What products can be integrated?
Most premium consumer products can be integrated, including fashion, accessories, fragrance, spirits, home goods, technology, outdoor gear, and luxury lifestyle products.
Can a license include multiple products?
Each license includes one product integration. Additional products may be added through structured add-on pricing.
What materials do I need to provide?
Clients provide product reference images along with basic intake information such as preferred world selection, aesthetic preferences, and optional structured character preference selections.
For optimal integration quality, product images should ideally include:
- High-resolution imagery (3000px or greater when possible)
- Even lighting with minimal harsh shadows
- Neutral or simple backgrounds preferred
- Clearly visible product edges and details
- Multiple product angles when available
- Transparent PNG files welcome but not required
The quality of submitted product materials directly impacts the detail and cinematic quality of final integrations. If submitted materials are insufficient for premium production quality, Still-Motion Studio may request replacement images or additional product angles prior to beginning production.
Production begins once all required intake information and product materials have been received, reviewed, and accepted for production.
Do I review anything before the full asset set is completed?
Yes. Before completing the full licensed asset set, Still-Motion Studio provides a sample review consisting of two images and one cinematic clip from your selected world.
This review is designed to confirm product fit, integration quality, and overall visual direction before the remaining assets are completed. It is not a custom concepting phase, storyboard review, or open-ended creative approval process.
If the sample reveals an issue with product scale, placement, integration quality, or compatibility with the selected world, one corrective pass is included to realign the sample with the agreed direction.
Requests for a different world, new creative direction, alternate scenes, new characters, styling preferences, or custom art direction are outside the included scope and may require a new license, add-on, or custom quote.
Sample feedback is requested within two business days. If no feedback is received within that period, the sample direction will be treated as confirmed and production will continue.
Are revisions included?
Each license includes one corrective pass at the sample review stage.
This corrective pass is limited to product integration issues such as scale, placement, visual compatibility, or obvious technical concerns. It is intended to confirm that the product fits naturally within the selected world before the full asset set is completed.
Revisions do not include new creative directions, alternate worlds, custom scenes, new characters, styling preferences, storyboards, or open-ended art direction.
After the sample direction is confirmed, Still-Motion Studio completes the remaining assets within the selected license scope.
How do client review periods affect delivery timelines?
Delivery timelines are based on active production time and begin once intake materials are complete, product files are received, and the project is accepted for production.
Client review periods, delayed feedback, incomplete intake information, missing product files, or requested corrective passes may extend the final delivery date.
For sample reviews, feedback is requested within two business days. If no feedback is received within that period, the sample direction will be treated as confirmed and production will continue.
What is the typical delivery timeline?
Final deliverables are typically completed within 10 business days of active production time for World and Dual World Licenses.
Final deliverables are typically completed within 15 business days of active production time for Universe Licenses.
Production begins once all required intake information and product materials have been received, reviewed, and accepted for production.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on selected license tier, add-ons, client review periods, requested corrective passes, and current production scheduling.
Why are vertical adaptations offered separately?
Still-Motion Studio creates cinematic master compositions in widescreen format as the foundation of each licensed visual system.
This allows scenes, environments, lighting, and camera movement to be composed with stronger cinematic framing, atmosphere, and visual depth.
Vertical adaptations require separate reframing and composition adjustments to maintain quality across mobile-first platforms such as Reels, Shorts, and TikTok, as vertical-first composition can diminish the integrity and cinematic quality of the original compositions.
For brands requiring vertical deliverables, structured vertical adaptations are available as optional add-ons at $750 per vertical clip.
Do you provide raw project files?
No. Final approved deliverables are provided as completed export assets only.
What is the refund policy?
Full refunds are available prior to the start of production.
Production begins once all required intake information and product materials have been received, reviewed, and accepted for production. Once production has begun, licenses become non-refundable due to the production resources and scheduling allocation associated with digital asset creation.
USAGE & RIGHTS
What usage rights are included?
Standard licenses include commercial digital usage rights for websites, social media, digital advertising, ecommerce, presentations, and brand marketing applications.
Licenses do not include resale, third-party sublicensing, broadcast television usage, large-scale print campaigns, or out-of-home advertising placements unless otherwise specified.
Extended usage licensing may be available for larger commercial campaigns or expanded distribution requirements.
Are the licenses exclusive?
No. All Still-Motion Studio licenses are non-exclusive unless otherwise agreed in writing.
This allows Still-Motion Studio to continue developing and licensing cinematic worlds while granting clients the usage rights associated with their purchased deliverables.
How are Still-Motion Studio deliverables created?
Still-Motion Studio uses a combination of generative AI tools, creative direction, editing, and production workflows to create cinematic visual assets.
The specific tools, technologies, and methods used may evolve over time as production capabilities continue to advance.
