Complete the post-purchase intake form and upload the approved product and brand assets needed for production.
Receive one preview and submit one consolidated corrective pass addressing product fidelity, factual inaccuracies, or a clear deviation from the approved intake.
Receive the completed film, included still images, and client-supplied logo outro.
The 7-business-day delivery period begins after the completed intake and all required product assets have been received and accepted by the studio.

Products with unusually complex geometry, transparency, reflections, liquids, or intricate labels may require additional review before production begins.

Add-ons are requested during the post-purchase intake and confirmed by the studio before additional production begins.

Yes. You may choose Coastal, Urban, or Countryside during intake. Still-Motion Studio directs the film’s settings, compositions, pacing, and overall visual direction within the chosen World.
Yes. One primary format is included: Landscape 16:9 or Vertical 9:16. Your film is created natively for the selected format to preserve composition, product prominence, and cinematic quality.
A second-format adaptation is available as an add-on.
You provide high-resolution product imagery, multiple angles where required, accurate packaging and label references, brand guidelines, a client-supplied logo file, intended campaign use, and your selected world and format.
Final approved messaging is required if messaging integration is purchased.
No. Standard commissioned films are studio-directed visual productions with curated music and basic audio finishing. They do not include campaign strategy, copywriting, script development, voiceover, spoken dialogue, or synthetic spokesperson content.
Final approved messaging supplied by the client or agency may be integrated as an add-on.
Yes, when the studio determines that a character strengthens the film. Characters are studio-directed. Clients may provide broad preferences, but exact casting, detailed wardrobe direction, celebrity likenesses, and shot-by-shot performance requests are not included in the standard scope.
One consolidated corrective pass is included to address product fidelity, factual inaccuracies, approved logo placement, or a clear deviation from the completed intake.
Changes to creative direction, world selection, scene concepts, character preferences, music direction, campaign strategy, or approved scope are not included.
The delivery period begins after the completed post-purchase intake and all required product and brand assets have been received and accepted by Still-Motion Studio.
Delays in receiving client materials or consolidated feedback may extend the delivery date.
Standard commissioned-film pricing includes perpetual, non-exclusive digital commercial usage for websites, e-commerce, organic social, paid digital advertising, email, digital presentations, and internal brand use.
Broadcast, cinema, print advertising, out-of-home, packaging, resale, sublicensing, and expanded third-party usage require additional rights.
Still-Motion Studio reviews your completed intake and product assets before production begins. If the product cannot be reproduced to the studio’s quality standard, you may provide alternate assets, select another eligible product, accept a revised scope, or receive a refund before production begins.
The standard packages include one product. Films featuring multiple products, product variants, or a coordinated collection are scoped and quoted separately.
Add-ons may be requested during the post-purchase intake. Still-Motion Studio confirms feasibility and scope, then provides a separate Shopify invoice before additional production begins.
