The Cinematic Product Short is a fixed-scope, studio-directed service designed to keep the process focused, efficient, and entirely online.
What happens after I purchase?
Immediately after checkout, you’ll receive an email with a link to your creative intake form. Complete the intake and upload your product imagery, brand materials, and reference assets so we can begin production.
Do I need to ship the physical product?
No. Your film is created digitally from the product images, packaging artwork, logo, and brand information supplied through the project intake.
Do you use generative AI tools?
Yes. Still-Motion Studio uses generative AI and digital production tools as part of the creative process, alongside human creative direction, editing, compositing, sound design, and finishing.
What types of products work best?
Products with a clear visual identity work especially well, including beauty, skincare, packaged food and beverages, accessories, home and lifestyle goods, and compact consumer products. Products requiring complex functional demonstrations should be reviewed before purchase.
Will the film match my product exactly?
We prioritize the product’s recognizable form, color, packaging, and brand identity. Because the imagery is digitally created, minor visual variations may occur. High-resolution label artwork should be supplied when exact packaging text must remain legible.
Do I choose the creative concept?
The package is studio-directed. You provide the product facts, audience, intended use, brand guidance, and creative guardrails. Still-Motion Studio develops the visual concept and directs the finished film within those requirements.
Are landscape and vertical formats both included?
The package includes one primary format: landscape 16:9 or vertical 9:16. An additional format may be purchased separately when the concept can be adapted appropriately.
What is included in the corrective pass?
One consolidated corrective pass is included for limited adjustments such as approved copy, logo placement, color, or minor visual corrections. A new concept, different product, additional format, or complete creative change is not included.
When does the four-business-day timeline begin?
The delivery timeline begins after the completed intake and all required product and brand assets have been received, reviewed, and accepted by Still-Motion Studio. Delayed or incomplete assets, approvals, or corrective feedback may adjust the final delivery date.
How will my final assets be delivered?
Your finished 15-second film and three high-resolution still images will be delivered through a private Google Drive link provided directly to you when the project is complete.
What is your refund policy?
Full refunds are available before the project has been accepted and active production has begun.
Production begins after all required intake information and product materials have been received, reviewed, and accepted by Still-Motion Studio.
Once production begins, the project fee becomes non-refundable because production capacity, scheduling, and digital-generation resources have been allocated to the project.
If Still-Motion Studio determines before production that the submitted product cannot be reproduced to the studio’s quality standard, the client may provide alternate materials, select another eligible product, accept a revised scope, or receive a full refund.
What usage rights are included?
Standard digital commercial usage by the purchasing brand is included for its website, ecommerce presence, organic social media, and paid digital advertising. Expanded, third-party, broadcast, out-of-home, resale, or sublicensed usage requires separate permission.
